Web performance is not a technical problem” from BBC News

On 8th December 2015 at as part of “Web performance is not a technical problem” from BBC News

Building the BBC's Responsive News website has been a long journey, but we made it. Along the way we found web performance was not as simple as just doing the right things technically. We often didn't fully control the factors we needed to change, so getting results meant working in new ways. In this talk we hope will share some of our experiences building Responsive News, improving its performance, and will explore some of the ways that we have worked within the organisation to get where we are today.
